I wish to complement Ms Hazel Chan for her prompt and efficiency in handling my request. I have forgotten my log in name and password for wireless@sg

She responded within a day to verify my NRIC number and again responded within a day with my log in name and new password.

With her help I was able to log into wireless@sg, for the first time. After registration, on the very first day the scheme started, I forgotten my log in name and password. At least two requests were made but it went answered.

That is why Hazel is such a GEM and a true ambassador of service excellence of your company. Her promptness has certainly restored my faith in the services that you provide to your customers.
