StarHub Customers!

1.   From January 2007, StarHub customers can use their Hub ID or Gee! Account to login to QMax Wireless@SG service. StarHub customers will be issued a QMax Wireless@SG subscription each. Look out for more information on this signup service at our website shortly.

Current Promotion (January 2007)

2.   We have extended our current promotion to 31 January 2007. Subscribers registering with QMax will each receive a free webcam.

Creative's 25th Anniversary Celebrations

3.   In conjunction with Creative's 25th Anniversary Celebrations, QMax donated a total of $50,000 to charity in the month of December 2006. This was based on $1 for every successful subscription registered under QMax in December 2006.

5.   Due to the overwhelming response to the launch of wireless@SG, please bear with us if you experience any form of delay in your registration process OR registration response from our system.  We will facilitate a reply to you as soon as possible should you encounter such a delay.

6.   Similarly in view of  the overwhelming response, please note that some of the free gifts might be substituted with gifts of similar value as original stocks are running low.  Please also note that redemption dates might be slightly delayed to allow replenishment of such stocks. 

Redemption Notifications

7.   Do check our website regularly for updates of redemption notices.  We will also be sending you redemption notifications via your registered email.  To avoid disappointment, please do not come to our redemption centres unless you are notified of redemption dates.

Wireless@SG Username and Passwords

8.  You will be allowed to choose your own Username on a first-come first-serve basis.  This means that the earlier you register, the higher the chances of getting an Username of your choice.  It will be used as - username@qmax.com.sg.  Your password will be either emailed or SMS to you depending on your mode of registration.
